Refund Policy
How paying, renewing and stopping your Halbeeg plan works, and what happens to your money in each case.
1. The free trial
The trial is free and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund. When it ends, nothing is charged automatically.
2. Mobile-money payments
You send the plan price to Halbeeg's account and give us the reference or a screenshot. We check every payment by hand.
An approved payment adds a month or a year and we email a receipt. If we cannot match a payment, we reject it with a reason, no time is added, and you can send it again or contact us.
3. No paying twice for the same time
While you have paid time left, you can pay again only in the last 5 days before it ends, so the same time is never paid for twice. Paying early never loses days: the new time starts when the current time ends.
4. Card payments, where offered
A card plan renews automatically. You can turn renewal off in Settings → Billing at any time; you keep the time you have paid for, and the plan ends at the end of that period.
If a business accidentally starts a second card plan, the second one is cancelled and its payment refunded automatically.
5. Stopping
To stop, simply don't renew. After the plan ends you have 7 days of grace, then the shop becomes read-only. Your records are kept, and paying again turns everything back on.
